  In Vietnam, traffic problems happen a lot.   The first thing is to ride a motorbike without a helmet. If there is an accident, the motorcyclist will be seriously injured.   To avoid the situation of not wearing helmets when participating in traffic, we need to propagate, raise people's awareness and severely punish this behavior. Thanks to that, I would think people would notice wearing a helmet while driving.   The second thing is to pass the red traffic light. That will very easily cause an accident and will be severely fined if caught by the traffic police. It usually happens at rush hour and the people who do it are mostly young people.   Traffic police should confiscate vehicles of people who run red lights, fine them heavily.   My favorite vehicle is a motorcycle. I am drawn to the sense of freedom and adventure it provides.
